Paddock Speedshop - Restoration by a new generation.

The Paddock Speedshop is an eight-part TV series, with each episode being an hour long, that follows its main stars Ethan Blake-Jones and Lucy Busby as they recycle four classic cars.

Two cars will be resto-mods, restored and modernised to include modern creature comforts using uprated classic engines tuned for maximum efficiency.

One car will be built from the ground up to be a competitive race car, designed to show the next generation the best access into the entry level motorsport

Finally, the team will embark on a concours style restoration of a high value hallmark of British motoring, preserving it for years to come as it is built to modern tolerances and finishing standards.

On their journey to restore these for cars the team are swept up into the world of classic motor racing, they have to learn hard and work harder to hold their own against seasoned drivers and entrenched teams. When they return from the racing season, they apply their knowledge of safety standards and build quality to the original four projects.
